Resort Vacation Condos

Whether one calls them resort vacation condos or timeshare units, they're a fun way to take vacations. We're relatively new in timesharing and are small time players, owning at only two resorts. We're owners at one resort in Branson and at one in Las Vegas. Our experiences at both have been very good any time we've used them, and we've traded into several other resorts which have been nice as well. We've traded for time on Hawaii's islands of Maui, Kauai and the Big Island, Spain's island of Mallorca, exchanges to Japan's old capital of Kyoto as well as Fuji Hakone National Park and the northern island of Hokkaido, Bali, Indonesia, and to Whistler, British Columbia. Our only mainland U.S. exchange was to Sedona, Arizona. Exchanging timeshare units is done primarily through two companies that operate what they call "spacebanks" in which one deposits time at their home resort with the intent of exchanging for time at another resort. The two major exchange companies are Resort Condominiums International (RCI) and Interval International (II). I assume that anyone reading this has some interest in timesharing, from lukewarm to enthuiastic, and probably know as much, or more, about timesharing as me, so I'll not re-invent the wheel in a manner of speaking. There's a world of information on the internet about timeshares and timesharing. The sites listed below have a wealth of information.
